I specialize in helping midlife women break through barriers and achieve life-changing body transformations. With my own journey as a published fitness model, cover athlete, and transformation coach, I’ve walked the path you’re on and know how to guide you toward your goals.
As a woman who’s faced the challenges of midlife, including hormonal changes and rebuilding strength after health setbacks, I know exactly how frustrating it can feel when nothing seems to work anymore.
Growing up, I wasn’t always the picture of health. Like many women, I battled self-doubt, body image issues, and even health setbacks that tested me both physically and mentally. But through sheer determination, I healed my body and rebuilt my confidence from the inside out. That transformative journey led me to become a fitness model, a multiple-time published writer, and even one of Inside Fitness Magazine's Hot & Fit 100 top 10 finalists.
But my story doesn’t end there. I recognized the need for sustainable, science-backed solutions for women struggling to achieve their fitness goals. That’s why I became a certified coach, combining my expertise in integrative health, brain retraining, and fitness to help women just like you bust through plateaus, reset their metabolisms, and achieve lasting body transformations.
